Meet the Doctors

Dr. Matthew Puzio

-PuzioEyeCare 2016 -038Dr. Matthew Puzio, the son of Dr. Frank Puzio, joined his father in practice in 2006. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Assumption College and his Doctorate of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Matthew Puzio completed post-Doctorate fellowships in contact lenses, vision therapy and sports vision. He specializes in advanced contact lens fitting, dry eye management, and vision therapy.

He stays on the forefront of the most current trends in eye care and is always looking for ways to improve the practice, clinically, technically and through process improvement. Dr. Matthew Puzio maintains active memberships in the American Optometric Association, Massachusetts Optometric Association, and is president of the Cape Cod Eye Care Associates.

He is a member of Practice Management Associates, a select group of 12 progressive optometric practices from across the country who meet regularly to share practice improvement ideas, and to help develop new products and services for ophthalmic companies.

He currently resides in Dennis with his wife Meredith, daughters Leighton and Hadley and his dog Marley.

Personal Interests: Bike riding, running, and golf

Dr. Marianna Kong

-PuzioEyeCare 2016 -004Dr. Marianna Kong is originally from California and a graduate of University of California, Berkeley. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and continued on to obtain her Doctorate of Optometry from UC Berkeley School of Optometry. Dr. Kong has completed clinical rotations with emphases in contact lenses, ocular disease, and post-operative care at multiple locations throughout the West Coast.  In 2015, she decided to move to Massachusetts to join the Puzio Eye Care team and experience life on the East Coast.  Dr. Kong is a member of the American Optometric Association.
